Do I need an account to order through ACS?

Yes we require that all customers have an account with ACS. This way we are able to continue offering our best levels of pricing whilst keeping you up to date with any special offers we may have.

How do I pay for my orders?

Customers requesting an account with ACS may be offered a 30 day invoice account. Customers may use this to purchase online providing any purchases remain within the credit limit offered. If required, we do also offer a purchasing card facility – please contact us direct if this is required.

Are my details secure?

All Customer details are kept secure and encrypted to keep them as safe as possible. We will never share your details with other companies.

How do I cancel an order?

Most orders are processed within 30 minutes of receipt. Should you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing an order so that we can attempt any cancellation.

Can I use my company’s purchase order system?

Yes, you simply add this in the “Order Reference” section of the checkout screen. This will then appear on your invoice.



Where do you deliver to?

We currently offer delivery throughout the UK and Northern Ireland

Can I specify a different delivery address when ordering?

Yes you can add as many new delivery points as necessary. If you wish to use a different delivery address to the default when placing an order, simply choose your delivery address from the address drop down menu on the checkout screen.

What rate of VAT will I pay?

The current legal rate of VAT is 20%. This will apply to all orders on the checkout screen.

When will my order be delivered?

If the order is placed before 5pm and is in stock, you should expect delivery next day. If your order is placed after 5pm, your order will be delivered within 2 days. You can track your order using the Order Tracking button on the homepage

How do I get an ACS catalogue?

Simply click on he “Request A Catalogue” link at the bottom of our homepage, fill in your details and a catalogue will be sent through to you.

Can I return an item I have ordered?

Returns are subject to our terms and conditions of sale.

How long are the warranties on my purchases?

All items are subject to their own warranties. Warranty information can generally be found on or inside the packaging of the product. For further information on these, please contact us direct.
